Angie Walker, Giovanna Deiana and Kat Kadziela are supporting Anas Mushtaha to raise funds to financially support the Disabled and the Orphans of Gaza.
Anas Mushtaha is a professional wheelchair basketball player who is currently displaced with his family of 5 in Gaza.
Anas was born with paralytic polio, a severe form of poliovirus, which damages the nerves in the spinal cord leading to muscle paralysis and chronic pain. This means that Anas is in constant pain without his treatment, which he has not had access to since October.
Anas is currently displaced in deplorable conditions in Khan Yunis after fleeing from Rafah.

Anas isn’t the only person with disabilities that is struggling to survive in Gaza.
His Teammates who have disabilities are also struggling to find funds to buy food and to survive.

An average of 10 children a day lose a limb due to catastrophic injuries and 19,000 children have been orphaned or have no adult left to care for them.

Angie Walker and Kat Kadziela recently raised funds for Anas to evacuate to Egypt.
The Support Anas' Journey to Medical Care campaign on https://gofund.me/ed5400b2 was very successful and Anas reached his goal. The team is now in the process of transferring the funds to Egypt and hopefully Anas and his family will be able to evacuate once the Rafah crossing is open.

The success of his latest campaign inspired Anas to start a new campaign to help and support those that are struggling around him.

We are launching a funding campaign to raise £20,000 to buy food parcels, vegetables, meat, and chicken for the Disabled and the Orphans of Gaza.

The Sun of Freedom Initiatives will assist with food, water and aid to people with disabilities and orphaned children.
This is broken up into 2 phases that will equal £20,000

1st phase: we will be focused on people with disabilities, special needs, and orphaned children.

This will be approximately
50 people x £200/person
= total £10,000

2nd phase : helping war-wounded patients in hospitals
Children, men and women
50×£200=£10,000

This will be a total of
£20,000 British Pounds.

We will be providing videos and pictures as soon as Anas starts receiving the money.
